Southern Winds RV Park

Great park with easy on/ off I35. New owner is great and doing many improvements to park. Clean, laundry available, wifi, full hookups, and bathroom with shower getting completed. Level pull thru sites are huge, had 43' 5th wheel and plenty of room to park crew cab pickup behind or in front of it. Stayed here thru this last winter. Good for overnight or longer term.

Very nice clean and quiet RV park. Owner greeted me and very friendly. Great level parking spots and good bathrooms. No trees for shade so an awning is a nice thing to have.

It was a nice quiet and dark night time location. A few grain trucks on the nearby road, but that is very seasonable so only a few during harvest season.

Dog friendly in the park. Easy to walk around and a few more open areas to let your pet check them out.

I’ll stay here again when in need of a nice and dog friendly stop in my travels.

We stayed here for 3 months for a work project. The spots are HUGE!! Easy in & easy out. We have 45 ft RV & had room to also park 2 vehicles + nice yard area for the dog! The owners are wonderful - so kind & easy to talk to. They have laundry with brand new machines. Beautiful quiet country setting & Amazon delivers !! Thank you for having us!

The pride in ownership really shows. The place is well maintained and clean. The owner came out to greet us and make sure we were all good. So nice. Great stop.

I was traveling and needed a break from the road! Was looking for anywhere and stopped a a few places close by that weren’t going to let me “rest assured” which is ok but not Friday night. I needed to crash. Called Southern Winds and a super friendly voice answered. Pulled in clean friendly safe. Reasonable price a glass of wine a friendly chat a beautiful sunset and a peaceful (crash). Slept late and decided to stay another night and met the friendly work family who invited me to dinner. This is definitely a fabulous place and it’s exciting and growing!
