Michigan Vally CG on Pomona Lake was a great experience for us. Well maintained and you could see the pride of the volunteers in the park and facilities. We were there 4 nights in a class B van.

Had trouble getting hot water at the group showers. The new private showers were the same, no hot water. The push button to get water to turn on for five seconds makes these showers useless. There are no hooks to hang your clothes on in these new showers, They must have been overlooked when these showers were built because the is no evidence that they were ever present. These private showers would be nice but they are not useable because of the items I just mentioned. Other than the shower problems I enjoyed my stay.

Good scenery. Good facilities. Even during a storm, I thought it was enjoyable.

Nice kids play areas, the roads and loops allow for kids to safely ride their bikes/scooters. Traffic flows to and from beach separate roads so it’s really only camper traffic and usually once everyone is in for a weekend vehicle traffic is light. Enjoyed sand volleyball. Would like a couple extra 50amp circuits by a parking stall to charge my car in future!

Love Pamona for fishing & camping and Michigan Valley is our favorite camping area . Just wish you all would review your finances & priorities on how best to improve Michigan Valley.
There are very few sites with full hookups. How wonderful it would be if you all would reconsider and delve into asking yourselves how to ADD MORE SEPTIC LINES TO to more Sites. I am sure so many of us would make good use of these new sites and it would be paid for in no time. What a great improvement this would be. Thank you for reading a suggestion of many of us and thank you for all you do to make Michigan Valley a lovely place for rest, recreation and leisure time!

The grounds were well maintained. There was a view of the water, which I like. Where we camped, the spots were not as close together as some other areas.
