Michigan Valley is praised for its clean facilities, friendly staff, and beautiful views, making it a popular choice for campers. Many visitors enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained sites, and amenities like the shower house and beach area. It was nothing that you did. It was Mother Nature (cold and rainy). Could not get on lake to fish because all boat ramps closed.

The host is very friendly. The area is clean and well managed. The area is peaceful and relaxing. I come to Michigan Valley to unwind and relax. It is fairly close to where I live so it is also convenient.

On 13 day park ranger was called told us we had to move we still had one more day. Flooding so cancelled all our sites for Michigan valley.we treated bad. Told we needed to move so cancelled all. We treated unfair.

We truly enjoy the camp host. However, we were in site A-23 and after it rains our camper is surrounded by 1”1/2 of rain water. We were afraid to step out of camper because Our Electric cords were completely under water.
We had to call on neighbor next door to come over and shut our power off before we could step out safely. This particular site is getting worse and worse. We were here last year too .
Can someone please add more rock to that site? A-23

Overall a good experience at Michigan Valley . The checkout time should be changed to 4 pm much like other federal parks.
