Michigan Valley is praised for its clean facilities, friendly staff, and beautiful views, making it a popular choice for campers. Many visitors enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained sites, and amenities like the shower house and beach area. The electric power went off three times in one night and one day so we left because we had no power

Lovely gem of a park. A small laundry room was an unexpected bonus.

Arrived on a Friday around 3pm. The electricity went out around 7pm and didn’t come back on until five minutes after midnight. The electricity went off again Saturday around 10am, came back on around 3pm and went off again around 5pm. We packed up and left. Thankfully we were 100% refunded for the weekend. Second guessing our decision to come back for Labor Day but everywhere else is booked.

There were four 50 amp fifth wheels in our group. Arrived on a Friday around 3pm. The electricity went out around 7pm and didn’t come back on until five minutes after midnight. Second guessing our decision to come back for Labor Day but everywhere else is booked. We were told this wasn’t the first time it happened this summer. Not likely to come back in following years.

Having no WIFI is why I didn’t give a 5 star. We had to leave early to get home for a ZOOM appt for my dog and his Dr because we had no service. We couldn’t watch TV nor use use hot spot.

The electricity would not stay on all weekend! We had family that had to go home because of the heat. I had to take my dogs home while we are on the boat because we had no AC for them in the camper.

Everything was well kept and clean. The only problem is the cell service. No cell service. Why can’t the corps provide some sort of WiFi service when the cell service doesn’t exist
