I love this campground but it would be really nice if the grass was kept mowed better.

Dog Creek Campground is praised for its beautiful, clean, and spacious sites, along with a friendly atmosphere and proximity to Nolin Lake, making it a popular choice for visitors. Many reviewers enjoyed the quiet environment, well-maintained facilities, and the opportunity for outdoor activities such as swimming and watching sunrises. However, some concerns were raised about restroom ventilation, occasional inconsiderate behavior from other campers, and the need for better campground supervision.

Had issues with our electric service. Kept popping a breaker at the box. We told the volunteer at the campground and she said she would contact someone but we never saw anyone come out and we had the issue all week

Had been looking forward to camping 4th of July weekend for several months at Dog Creek with kids and grandkids. One of our favorite places to camp. Immediately open hooking up we started having electrical issues, low voltage causing the surge protector to kick off. The volunteers called the core but no one would come to the next day even though it was only 600 pm. With the threat of no air conditioning the kids decided to go home. Although they got it fixed the next morning it is very disappointing that they wouldn’t at least come and try the night before. Very bad service.
