Dog Creek Campground is praised for its beautiful, clean, and spacious sites, along with a friendly atmosphere and proximity to Nolin Lake, making it a popular choice for visitors. Many reviewers enjoyed the quiet environment, well-maintained facilities, and the opportunity for outdoor activities such as swimming and watching sunrises. However, some concerns were raised about restroom ventilation, occasional inconsiderate behavior from other campers, and the need for better campground supervision.

The campsite was clean and beautiful. If you arrive at night, the campsite entrance is very dark and not well marked. If you are not careful and continue straight, you will drive your car down the boat ramp and into the lake. Some better signage would be appreciated.

This was a very beautiful campground with great views. The washrooms were pretty clean, but the sites were a little messy.
