My mom went into cardiac arrest 5 days before my reservation on this site and after she was stable and admitted to the ICU tried to modify my reservation and change the date but it wouldn't allow me to do it online so I called the customer service number in between the hours of 10 and 12 am and finally talked to a lady customer service representative. She told my reservation was changed till may 30 and 31 and even said it was a difference in the price and I would receive a refund on my card of 6.00. yesterday I remembered the new dates and check for the refund but didn't see it so I go to my account and the reservation was never changed and I am listed as a no show for last weekend. This is crazy and I have emailed them and left several messages but no one will reply to this issue or even answer my email. I will never use this site again for anything at all. I am very upset
