First off the people working the gate were the best I have ran into. My senior card was broken and she took time to get me fixed up with a new card. The Park was well kept and shower building were very clean. I found the park to be very quiet. I will be back and bring my friends with me.

Had a wonderful time as usual camping at the canal! The only issue I had was that I was on lot 87 on Browns Point. Love the lot! You can see the lake from two directions. An over sized motorhome came in on lot 88. It would have been impossible for me to get out of my lot . The motorhome extended so far into the exit on lot 87 I could barely park my truck. There was no way I could have got my camper out if I had an emergency. I spoke to the Campground host and he said in the event of an emergency to come and beat on his door and he would have him move the motorhome so I could get out. I really think that lot #88 should only allow small campers due to the blocking of the exit. Everything else was great! Bathrooms were clean as was the campground. Beautiful Campground! Can't wait to camp there again!

Always enjoy Canal campground. All the host are always friendly and pleasant. We always go to Princeton to get lunch meats from Newsons Country Store and Pleasant Valley Bulk Foods for homemade Amish products. We also like to go through the Adsmore House while there.
