We had my sons 2nd birthday here. The shelter was very clean. We had access to a bathroom as well as plenty of parking spots. It was right next to a big play area and not to mention a gorgeous view of the lake. Will definitely book again

Was our first time renting a shelter at Grayson Lake, KY.
My family loves the location, lake and often visit the area year round.
Shelter and play ground was clean and updated.
FYI; We had to move our reservation date, was done almost 2 weeks in advance and was charged for having to do so. Also not all restrooms had tissue in them.

I would like a refund of my 75 dollars cause I went to the shelter that I reserved and someone else was already there and my reservation was not posted on the sign.

The shelter house, bathrooms, playground and trash cans were exceptionally clean. The drive way up to the shelter was in great shape as well. The only comment anyone made was that the grass was really high and made it difficult to have games in the grass. But we all agreed with the amount of rain recently, the park staff was probably trying to catch up on all of that. We will definitely have all of our Sunday School Picnics at Grayson from now on. The playground was perfect for the our little ones and our big kids love fishing off the bank.

Great location. However, an order was coming from the outside toilet every time the wind blew.

We rented shelter site 1 at Grayson lake. This in my opinion is the most scenic shelter there. It overlooks the lake and dam. It has a big park right below it, along with a bench and a really nice gazebo with a swing. The only thing I didn鈥檛 like was my name wasn鈥檛 put on the board by the shelter saying that I had reserved it. If I hadn鈥檛 arrived there when I did someone would have been set up and it would have been a mess trying to explain that I had already reserved it and they would have to find another location. Other than that, everything was in great shape and clean. Will definitely rent there again!
