What Guests Are Saying
Eureka campground offers a beautiful, peaceful setting with excellent lakefront views and well-maintained facilities. The friendly staff and clean amenities contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, making it a favorite among visitors. While some sites may be tight for larger RVs and the location is a bit off the main highway, the overall experience is highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil camping retreat.

Love camping at Eureka. Beautiful quiet campground and the hosts are friendly and helpful! It is an older campground but then we are older campers so we fit!!!

The campground was clean. The hosts were all friendly and helpful. Our site (19) was large, on the water, pretty flat and had some shade. We met a lot of great folks. There is a nice play area, walking trail, beach area, boat launch, restrooms and showers. The surrounding area has a marina, numerous flea markets, Land Between the Lakes, Bison and Elk Prarie and Patti's 1880 Settlement.

This was our first time at this park. We had a very good set site. Most of the park is shady. The water was not very clear when we were there in late August however, we did enjoy going over to patties settlement in the villages across the lake as well as the dam. We also went to rock in the cave Illinois, which was only about one hour on a day trip very interesting little town. We tried to stay on a budget so we did not go to a lot of the tourist attractions. Met a lot of nice people in the park. The lake was low with water so we did not take it vantage of the swimming area and we saw a lot of dead fish but this could be because they were draining the lake. I think the showers could have a few updates, but it was overall clean

This was definitely the site with the largest living area we have stayed in. The lake is an easy walk and the shoreline was very beach-like so putting our kayaks in was a breeze. We will definitely be looking for this site to open in the future.
