Site 30 was clean & level side-to-side. The 36 foot camper was easy to get in and fit nicely. We couldn't park all the way back in the space because the water spigot was in the way of the driver's side slide. Picnic table was extra sturdy. Getting into the campground driveway was curvy and sloped so take care with a long rig. Campground was quiet and family friendly on Labor Day weekend. A few camper parents let their little 4-6 year old children run through the camp and didn't pay enough attention to the little ones crossing the street between the campground and playground. With a constant stream of trucks putting / pulling boats all day, there were a few near misses. Please be careful when driving through there. Bathrooms were well kept. Putting the boat in was a challenge when the boat traffic/waves were up. I would say it was ridiculous to try to hop onto the dock with the high waves and made it hard to level the boat onto the trailer. When it was peaceful water, it was perfect. The dump station is up-hill. The tanks on our rig are in the back. Very little drained out so we had to stop on the way home to empty the tanks. Would stay here again just maybe on a less busy weekend.

Beautiful area and nice campground. No sewer hookup but a dumping station available. It was so peaceful, all sites are shaded and many have beautiful lake views.
We did get some Verizon reception, but very little TV reception with our standard TV antenna. The park is very clean, nice picnic area, playground for kids, and boat ramp for boaters. It was a very peaceful experience.

Pros: Very clean and well maintained campground. Excellent for tent and smaller campers. Water and electric at each camping site. Free fire wood for registered campers. Helpful Campground host and attendants. Clean bathrooms and shower. Playground for kids, and plenty of public picnic area. Easy access to water for fishing, boating and swimming.
Cons: the main road and access to campsites has about 10% grade, which is not super ideal for large campers or towing boats. The camping sites are almost next to the main water access road and you can hear trucks and boats in and out every now and then.
Overall: will recommend. awesome place to camp, specially if you are into boating and fishing.

Only a few sites can handle big campers. 4th year there and the same crappy picnic table that was rotted and a lag bolt sticking out!!!

Don and Diane are very helpful and great campground hosts! We had 10 sites rented and they went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good time. The campgrounds was very clean compared to the past few years.

Nice folks and quiet campground. A little tight for big rigs when it comes to space in some of the sites. Dump area was not well thought out. The camp sites are really well maintained.
