Everything was fine other than the water spicket was locked up. Other than that no complaints

We had a church picnic, and had a wonderful time. It has two huge grills, electricity, and the perfect spot for kids! We will definitely use again!

Had a family reunion. Shelter 3 makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids at the playground.

From my understanding, we had the shelter booked from 10am to 10pm. When we arrived at 3:30pm to begin decorating, two other parties were under our shelter. They would not move. I tried calling the office to get assistance, who said they would send a ranger, but never did. Finally we convinced the other parties to move. by 4:30. My son's first birthday began at 5. Needless to say, we did not get to decorate for my son's party very well and the office/rangers we no help at all. I hope others have better experiences than us. I will not be renting a shelter again.
