Little River Bluffs

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. Just finished up our 5th week+ vacation here. You have all the amenities of home (tv, wifi etc) but in a great, cozy location. We always stay in the meadow cabin. It’s tucked away from all the other cabins on the property yet closest to the pond and pool. When you’re at the meadow cabin, you truly feel like you’re miles from the nearest people (in reality you’re about a full city block from the nearest cabin). There are a few nice trails on the property for hiking as well as a launch at the river to take out their kayaks, bikes to ride as well as a pond for fishing with paddle boats that are all free to use. There is a nice pool and hot tub the owners added a few years ago so ignore any reviews saying you need to book time to use it. The owners Loretta and Blaine are very nice and will help with anything you need if you just ask. They always leave fresh baked sweet bread on the counter for arriving guests. For the accommodations and atmosphere, it’s a steal. When you just need a break and want to feel like it’s just you, the family and nature, this is it. Can’t wait till next year!

My wife and I spent last weekend at LRB and had some friends come up for a night as well. The property is stunning, the cabins have everything you could possibly need, and the location is such a peaceful getaway. We are already making plans for a return and this will become a regular destination for us!

We stayed the weekend but wished we could have stayed longer. This place is a hidden gem. The chalet we rented was very nice with gorgeous views. They have so many amenities that they let you use for free. The pool was so nice. The owners were nice and welcoming. We will be going back for sure.

My husband and I came here for our first getaway since having our baby and LRB completely exceeded our expectations. Loretta and Blaine were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The details and work that were put into our cabin blew us away. The grounds are so beautiful and we’re easily accessible from our cabin (The Chalet). We’re already planning our next trip and can’t wait to come back. Our first experience was nothing short of spectacular and we’re hoping to come back many more times in the future.

What a wonderful beautiful place! It was so relaxing and private. The Chalet was awesome and we were surrounded by nature,yet we we close enough to visit many places. The owners definitely give you the southern hospitality. I loved lookin g for hidden art all around the place. The pool and pond area has enough activities for everyone in your family. It would be awesome for a family reunion or get together or perfect for a honeymoon. I cannot say enough about this place, so I will quote my grandson…..next time I want to stay 200 days!
