Hideaway Ponds

You can’t find a better campground in southern Louisiana for the price. Between the amenities and the atmosphere it’s worth every penny. Lots of workers staying there so it’s pretty quiet and professional most of the time. We have two teenagers who dig it so it’s kid friendly too.

What a beautiful park. The live oak trees are huge! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. The park is well kept and they are constantly working on beautifying and improving the property. A super spot!

Nice and quite RV campground. The staff is friendly snd helpfull. They also got 4 cottages for rent.

Update: the mens restrooms are being redesign and its beautifull.

I love this place.

We love to come here with the kids, but this place has one more time for something to go wrong and we wont be back!! First time, there was a power outage for hours during the day and night. It was too hot and power came back on 1-2am in the morning. Second time, there was a water outage and when we got back to camper, it was completely flooded and ruined! Water was restored to the campground, but we did not leave any faucets or anything on and the bath tub had been overfilled and camper was flooded. Not sure there is much the campground can do, maybe money back or some sort of solution, but every time we come, something is wrong with staying here. Maybe if they would also answer the phone, that would be great. Thanks!

There is no Wi-Fi the indoor hot tub and pool have been unusable without keeping both doors open because ventilation is bad now they've been working on the bathrooms shut them completely down days ago then today I go to swim in the outdoor pool and it is shut down until the 19th
