Tier 4 Motel and RV Park

Just finished a week of RV camping at Tier 4 and it was excellent. Michelle and Staff are very nice and helpful. No nonsense place and all arrangements were simple and quick. Nice lobby with food, snacks, ice and other items along with fresh cooked lunches. Restrooms as well.
And of course located next to some beautiful water and great fishing by boat or kayak.

Amazing place to stay for a good price. The people here are amazing and I enjoy coming here to see the coast.

This place is a perfect spot for myself and my boyfriend when I'm visiting because he works right down the street from it in Grand Isle. I can enjoy fishing while he's working and then we can return to the room and relax in minutes it's so convenient. Michelle is very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

I came down here for 4 days to ride the bull .I would leave a better review except I have a few issues with this place. Number one. Their parking lot is full of holes and it doesn't look like anyone has leveled it out in quite a while. It's like driving in a really old semi parking lot. Number two. They do not check the rooms everyday. I got in on Thursday. Thinking Friday my room would be clean. When I flipped over to sign left around 5:00 came back around 3:00 nothing's been touched. I went to the manager and he said they don't clean everyday and it still was never touched every time I flip over to sign. Here it is Sunday leaving nothing has ever been done .Any other motel or hotel would have done cleaned it already.Number two no free breakfast at all. It is $10 a person along with this. No microwave in my room or one available to use in the breakfast area? They have this air fryer baking machine thing. Do not use on microwave Mills. The trays will melt. There is a very small fridge in my room. The rooms are clean. The showers are good and you got really nice hot water. The best possible thing about this is the atmosphere. The people are really inviting and really nice. They even have a little kitchen bar thing. They are closed on Sunday and good luck trying to get them past 3:00 in the evening but if you do manage to catch him there cooking, buy whatever on the menu. The food is amazing !Other than that safe and cold AC.

The guys at the front desk are hilarious. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and cozy with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We really felt safe. however, they only offer full and twin size beds. They don't serve breakfast, but that was perfectly fine. Our experience was great. On my next stay, I will post pictures. Anyone who visits will really be impressed.
