Powers RV Park, Homewood Holdings

We travel for work and as a family of 5, This park has been home for over a year now and we have no complaints.
Quiet, everyone stays to themselves.
Close to everything from Walmart to fast food, etc.
To be located where it's at, the park has a safe atmosphere about it.
Laundry room could definitely be upgraded but that's the only complaint.
Owners are very nice and easy to work with if any issue may arise.

Wifi is good, but tends to slow down around 4-5pm when most workers return home.

As for mail and deliveries, packages are always safe and you get a key for your usps mailbox. We use prime and our packages never come up missing.

Absolutely amazing stay. Great internet, well maintained and easy to work with management. Stayed over a year. Close to all desired stores and daily needs. I didn’t even feel the need to lock RV over time. Grounds are nice. They continue to improve, I have been seeing trucks in the park to improve internet infrastructure. Only point of improvement I can think of is laundromat, other than that, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The absolute best place for long term stays in Gonzales. The grounds are clean, well lit and very safe. I lived there a year and half and it truly became my home away from home while on a large project. The owners are wonderful and the other residents were also great neighbors. Pet friendly grounds with ponds and a lot of beautiful trees.

Great place to stay, particularly if you're working in the area for a few months or more. Quiet, has a couple of catch and regular ponds in the newer area. Only 4 stars because there isn't much shade in the new area (unless you like that) but the sun will beat down on your a/c lol. No complaints really.

Best RV park we’ve stayed at! It’s clean, quit and most of all safe. Loved the mature trees that helped our RV stay cool in the hot Louisiana sun. Great location! Puppy friendly!
