Arrival & departure

  • Management will inspect RVs on arrival and may refuse entry for various reasons.

Safety & rules

  • By entering Cajun Acres RV Park, tenants agree to follow all campground and pet rules.
  • Tenants release Cajun Acres RV Park from liability for injuries or damages related to RV facilities.
  • The speed limit within the park is 5 mph.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM; minimize vehicle noise during these times.
  • Guests must manage and be accountable for their visitors.
  • Guests must supervise their children, especially near water bodies.
  • Garbage must be bagged and disposed of in designated dumpsters; only household waste is permitted.
  • Trash should not be left out overnight to avoid attracting wildlife.

  • agreement at any other time. Please plan accordingly; there are no refunds.

Fees & deposits

  • Management can deny RV space rental for any reason; guests should ensure RV registration and insurance.

Parking

  • vandalism, theft, employees parking or hauling Tenant's RV, tree branches, fire, hail, water, wind, collision, ice, rain, or any other act of GOD.
  • We try to keep our park neat and clean. Please take care of it and report any problems immediately.
  • o Vehicles: Limit two (2) vehicles per site. No parking on patios or grass. Do NOT wash vehicles on the premises. Please speak to the office before washing RVs.
  • o No major vehicle repairs in the park.
  • o Motorized vehicles, including golf carts, must
  • be driven by licensed drivers only.

Site capacity

  • RV occupancy is limited to 2 adults and minor children; extra guests incur a fee.

Safety

Pets

  • We welcome well-behaved pets! If you wish to bring your pets with you, please read, understand, and be willing to abide by our pet policy.
  • Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed in the park.
  • The following rules must be strictly followed by all pet owners:
  • A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets per site is allowed.
  • 2. All pets must be registered with the office before bringing the pet into the park.
  • Pets must not disturb neighbors or cause any disturbances.
  • Pets must be leashed when outside the RV.
  • Pets cannot be left unattended outside the RV.
  • 6. Please walk your pet away from main areas and sites, such as the back field that is by the pond.
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
  • Pets are prohibited from entering any buildings on the property.
  • 8. Pets are NOT allowed in any of our buildings.
  • Pets must not intrude on other guests' sites or personal spaces.
  • 10. Under no condition is a pet to invade the privacy of anyone's site, flower bed, shrubs, etc.
  • 11. Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances
  • 12. All pets are to be kept inside at night.
  • 13. Any pet running loose in the park may be turned over to the SPCA or other authority.
  • All pets must be vaccinated per local regulations.
  • Pets are not allowed to be brought into the park by visitors.
  • 16. Feeding of stray cats and other animals is prohibited.
  • Feeding stray animals is not allowed.
  • Pet owners are encouraged to spay or neuter their pets.
  • Pets that are noisy or unruly may be asked to leave the park.
  • If you feel that you and your pets can follow our pet policy, then we are glad to welcome you and your furry friends to Cajun Acres RV Park!

Noise

Cancellation policy

  • No refunds will be issued if guests are asked to leave the park.
