I stayed in one of the cabins there for 6 months. The owner, Kevin was very kind and accommodating to me and my situation. I am a female living alone and they helped me with my water heater and getting propane figured out. It was clean and furnished which I needed temporarily. I felt safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend the cabins for single people or small families. They are perfect to stay in and the price and accommodations are perfect.

Tons of RV spots, camp showers, 2 laundry rooms, as well as several single bedroom cabins with full kitchens for lease. Also a few bigger dwellings if you need several rooms.
I've been here for 2 months with a 6 month lease signed, and the owner has already upgraded the water heaters for the cabins. You won't regret spending your money here, come check it out!

Ok place. Quiet mostly, grass is untamed most of the time. Dumpster overflowing, full hookup ups are reliable and the monthly rent is very cheap thats all its got going for it. Im staying for work in town lots of other plant workers here. Looks like they rent little shed houses too. I have my own trailer.

Very nice people, quiet place the only thing i would say could improve is someone to clean the washing mach and dryer vents and a coin machine for the laundry. We enjoyed our stay here and we felt very safe.
