Intracoastal Park offers a great overnight camping experience with easy access to fishing and crabbing, as well as a playground for children. While part of the park is under construction and can be noisy due to nearby traffic, visitors appreciate the clean facilities, including restrooms with showers and a dump station. The park is ideal for watching barges and tugs, providing a quiet atmosphere at night despite its busy waterway location.

Part is closed now for construction. Interesting to see barges go by so close. There's RV park, restrooms, picnic tables. The park is under the bridge which is noisy. A nice new parking lot and building look to be done so should open soon. Not sure what the building is for.

Great overnight stop if you like to watch the tugs and barges go by and/or fish. It’s a busy waterway and the park is right on the water. There is a playground for the kiddies. Bring bug spray!
Restrooms are clean enough with a shower, no shower curtain though, so your stuff gets wet. Dump station also available.
It’s a basic campground, no hiking or walking trails, but for n to watch the boats. For more camping location info check out IG @tiny_action_travelers ( our mascots for full time RV life) and feel free to DM with questions.

Quiet and clean. We are enjoying that we can walk directly out the back and fish. They also have a fish cleaning station with running water. They picked up the trash about mid day and there is a picnic table, bbq pit and fire pit on all the spots near the water. Very nice little playground for kids.

Great spot to camp, fish, and watch the barges go by. It was very quiet at night. All we heard was an occasional barge or fishing boat go by. Camping is $12 per night for electric + water, and there is a dump station, too. Sites 11 +10 are supposed to have a pavilion, but do
not. However, the view is excellent, and there are stairs right down to the water behind the sites. There is a meadow behind the dumpstation that has a dog bag dispenser and waste basket. Sadly, the area is not fenced off.
