Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check in at 1:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM.
  • Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily; call if arriving late.

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH.
  • Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM; minors must be supervised.
  • Smoking is not allowed in public areas.
  • Trash is not collected from sites; use provided dumpsters for household trash only.
  • Responsible alcohol use is allowed for guests over 21 at their site.
  • No lifeguard on duty; children under 16 need adult supervision while swimming.
  • Fireworks are prohibited in the campground.
  • Liability for damage to property; no firearms or fireworks allowed.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times; guardians are responsible for minors' actions.

Vehicles & parking

  • Additional parking is available; keep roadways clear.
  • Bikes allowed in the park during the day; follow traffic laws.
  • Golf carts may be driven by licensed drivers aged 16 and older.
  • Washing RVs is not allowed.

Cancellation policy

  • No shows will be charged the full amount to the card on file.
  • Cancellations accepted 14 days before arrival, less $15 fee; non-refundable within 13 days but may reschedule if available.

Site capacity

  • Site numbers may change and are not guaranteed.
  • Only one camping unit allowed per site.

Fees & deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking; full payment due at check in.
  • Rates cover 4 people per site; $8 per additional person per night.
  • Visitors must check in for a car tag; $8 fee may apply; rule violations may lead to removal without refund.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires must be contained in fire rings; only staff may move fire rings.
  • Firewood is available on-site; out-of-state firewood is not allowed.

Utilities

  • Dump RV tanks only in designated areas; never dump grey water on grass.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and cannot be left unattended; proof of rabies vaccination required.

Amenities

  • Complimentary WiFi is available.

  • A minimum 3-night stay is required on holiday weekends.
