What Guests Are Saying
Seaview RV Resort offers a fantastic experience with its clean facilities, stunning ocean views, and a wide range of amenities, including a new recreation building, pool, and bar. The peaceful atmosphere and well-organized property contribute to a relaxing stay, with opportunities to see local wildlife. However, some guests reported issues with strict parking rules and felt that cottage prices were high compared to the value offered.

- [ ] This was absolutely one of the best campgrounds where we’ve ever stayed. The facilities were fantastic but easily topped by the ocean views. From our campsite we could see whales, lobstermen, occasional ships, and Canada. A relatively new owner is creating leveled sets, beautiful pool, bar/restaurant. Wonderful playground and pickleball courts.

I did not stay at this campground, but I did have an interaction that made me never want to come back to this place. My girlfriend and I went to go visit her family who was staying at this campground over the weekend. We intended to just stop in and say hello. We parked in her family's spot by the cottage, out of the way of other lanes leading to adjacent cottages, and it was not even busy there that day. As soon as I got out of the car a man came over and asked us how long we were going to stay, I said roughly a few minutes. We ended up going on a little walk on the resort and probably stayed for 20 minutes, my bad. This guy comes back over up in arms about our car not being parked up further in the main parking area saying we need a pass, etc, mind you, we were visiting for a short period of time, I did not plan on staying for long. My girlfriend and I start to leave, its about 2-3 mins after the second interaction and the same guy comes over again, saying the same thing. Apparently a rule is you cannot have 2 cars in a cottage parking spot, which is asinine. We were not in the way, we were not going to stay over the night, and it wasn't a pressing matter, it felt like to me that this worker had nothing else to do except to be the rule police.
I would also like to add that the size of these cottages is not worth the rate they are making people pay. I would recommend going to a free campground close to Eastport, or go to a hotel in the area. This area is beautiful and people should be able to experience it for free, or for a very very small sum, not $600 a night.

Amazing huge new recreation building. With Bar, beer on tap, coffee, food menu, big screen lounge, big pool with great water view of the bay, boats and Canada Almost all weekly sites had a partial water view. Big beach and a huge dock.
