By "rooms" I'm referring to rest rooms and showers. They were spotless. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant at this centrally located campground. We were there in September with some fairly warm weather. Whenever we returned to the site, it felt about ten degrees cooler. We've gotten most Cape Cod touristy things done but, we might just go back. Thank You Shady Knoll staff!

Not exactly big rig friendly, but a normal sized class B or C can find a nice, cozy, and private space. You can also walk on sidewalks to several restaurants, and it's close to the rail trail which makes for good biking.

Lovely well kept basic campground. Most of the sites are skillfully cut into the woods, leaving plenty of shade and a natural barrier between sites. Full hookups if needed. Quaint and convenient to all the beauty Cape Cod offers. Front office and grounds crew are professional and really seem to love what they do!

Great campsite.
We stayed two nights even though we only planned one night and if we could we would have stayed longer...
Walking trails nearby, beach one mile away for an easy walk.
A nearby grocery store, convenient and good laundry facilities and very friendly staff allowed us to choose the campsite
One of the best campsites we have been to.
