Sun Retreats Cape Cod

We stayed at this campsite for the long weekend. Our second time. We have traveled with our RV throughout the US and consider this one of the top 5 campsites out of over 100 we have visited. Families with children had a blast with all the Halloween festivities. They have one of the nicest recreational areas we have seen along with magnificent pools. The owner helped us pick out our site as we arrived late Thursday night. Very helpful. One disappointment today was we had hurricane like weather (Nor’easter)and did not have a break from torrential rain and high winds until 10:30. We received a phone call from the front desk (11:20)asking if we checked out yet and after explaining that we were late because of the storm she reminded us that check out was at 11 and they have someone for our site checking in early. This was disappointing that she was more worried about those coming in and not for our safety. From 11:30 until 11:50 we saw 8 to 10 others leaving late most likely because of the unsafe weather prior to 10:30. She lacked compassion and understanding but would not let this one incident or person deter anyone from staying there because we watched the many other staff all weekend help to make many have an enjoyable holiday visit while making memories.

This campsite is truly beautiful, quiet, well-maintained, and clean! We spent a week in one of the cabins and were delighted by the peaceful atmosphere. It was wonderful to observe and listen to the diverse wildlife!

We absolutely loved this campground! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Although it’s a small resort, it’s very cozy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the person who welcomed us was kind, respectful, and professional, making the start of our stay a great experience.

The campsites are spacious and comfortable. Although the sites are relatively close to one another, the atmosphere is very peaceful, and the campers are generally respectful.

One of the things we liked the most was that everyone is asked to turn off their music at 10:00 p.m. This allows everyone to rest or enjoy a quiet evening around a campfire, chatting with family or friends without loud music in the background.

If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful place to disconnect and unwind, this campground is an excellent choice. We would definitely come back

They dont try n micro manage, which is a huge plus
Bathrooms and showers are consistently clean & stocked.

at the pool with my friends and kids. while the children were in the pool a resident of this camp cam up to them and yelled at the. she started to get racist and called workers over. she said “do you not know how to speak english” to my kids. they were born in the U.S.A. she called over the workers and they did absolutely nothing and failed to help us. i am upset with this facility and with the service.
