The owner is very nice and was willing to help in any way possible when we needed an extra person to go down the river with us! Friends of mine have been camping there for a few July 4 th now and has also had a wonderful experience!

I recently joined a group of friends for a tubing trip like we do every summer, they stay a week and have anywhere from 5-8 sites booked. Its a yearly tradition. The group has young kids, teenagers, and every age group for adults. Some drinking some not. We had a group of kids making s'mores and a cornhole tournament going, kids riding bikes and scooters, local friends stopping in on side by sides. What a great summer night right?
It was rudely interrupted by the owner barging into the campsite wanting to know the parents of the kids, cussing, making accusations and overall approaching a group that had some people drinking in the worst way possible. The lack of professionalism and human decency was shocking. She took one complaint from an older seasonal camper and ran with it instead of asking questions and problem solving. The way she runs her business is astonishing.
As a visitor not even camping from that interaction alone I will not be returning.
If you have kids do not camp here, it's great for seniors though I guess.
Do better, work on your people and problem solving skills. Also learn to read a room! If you come in hostile to a group with alcohol you'll get hostile times ten right back!

This campground used to be my favorite place to stay for Memorial Day weekend. Now the owners are very rude and unprofessional!! I have been in property management and customer service for a very long time and would never speak to people the way they did!! I completely understand that they have had a lot going on with the weather damage and such that is no excuse to treat people the way they do. If they are overwhelmed, close the park to outside reservation reservations. Keep your seasonals and get your park in order. Makes me sad because I used to love this place very much.

2nd year here, wonderful place and people who work here. Almost everyone respects the quiet time rules and if not the owners ride around and tell them to turn it down. My family will be coming back for a long time.

I just love camping here!! Everyone is so friendly!! Angela and Charles are so sweet to us everytime we come in. They have a great staff that will help you with anything. The seasonal campers are so nice also I even had them offer us breakfast and dinner one day!! I can not say enough great things about this place!!!! We have even come in early and they said no problem and sent one of the boys to make sure our site was clean. Hand dipped ice cream is so good and the cones are huge!! When we camp here we are here for 10 days or more at a time, 3 years and still going!!!! The day we were leaving there was a line for the dump station and Charles came out and handed us all waters . He said im so sorry for the wait . He didn't have to do that but that was so sweet of him to do. This is why I come back every year, and will continue to bring my kids here and friends and family.
