Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping

Would give more stars, but I'm unable to. This place is super clean camp sites and bathrooms/showers. Staff is super friendly and was very accommodating for us. Good view of Mackinaw Bridge. Campground stayed very quiet after 10pm

We absolutely loved our stay here! This campground has the cleanest bathrooms and showers I’ve ever seen — truly well-maintained and spotless. The place is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet still very kid-friendly with plenty of space for families to enjoy. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is beautiful, close to nature and convenient to nearby attractions. Definitely one of the best campgrounds we’ve stayed at — highly recommend!

Great place to camp. Full array of large RV sites with some offering full hookup with 30 and 50 amp service, water and sewer; several cabins of different sizes; also offering sites for smaller rigs and tent camping. Lake Huron Access for great viewing of the bridge! Fire pits on the lakeside. Playground for kids, camp store, and I believe a pool as well. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The campground is very well maintained. Close proximity to Mackinaw City.

This will be my new must stop spot on the way back home! We camped with our 21’ sunraider and loved it. Our site was on the beach—I made a fire and stayed up late enjoying the stars and sounds. (Firewood was fine! Bought a fire started from the campstore and had no issue.) The site had a level gravel parking pad which made set up a breeze. There were small ceder trees lining our site which provided privacy. The bathrooms are *very* clean and the showers are hot. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. I usually prefer rustic camping and avoid “RV parks”. This is a nice middle ground—lots of amenities and also lots of nature and decent privacy. The landscaping is well done and well lit. It’s family owned for multiple generations, too! We will be back.

Literally just got home from Mill Creek. Campground. Met some great folks. We were lucky enough to get a spot on the water. Seen freighters several times. The spot wasn’t real large but the row of trees/ bushes they have were sufficient. This place has just about everything. We had an outstanding time. I was able to ride my bike often, which is a big deal for me, but while on that bike ride, on of my views Is the Bridge ❤️. The staff we talked with , all were friendly. The park was very well maintained. Showers and bathrooms were clean. The store was very nice , you’ll pay for the convenience. It’s probably one of the nicest parks we’ve been too. We look forward to going back. Top notch experience . Highly recommend!!
