What Guests Are Saying

Wagner Lake offers a pleasant experience with paved roads, good beach access, and popular tent sites like Site 10. However, there are concerns about uneven ground and issues with campsite availability. Despite some negative experiences, many visitors express enthusiasm for returning annually.

The campsite was absolutely terrible! We left after 2 days, we were supposed to stay 7. You had to walk up a hill to the campsite, the entire site was on a hill. I fell 5 times in 2 days the ground was soo uneven. I would never recommend lot #6 to anyone. Worst camping trip ever.

Site 10 is best for tents, steep pad area. Road and sites are paved. Nice beach and common area.

The campsite we reserved was not available when we arrived. The people setting up said there was not a reserved sign.
We were lucky we found a spot down the road at another campground.
