  • Daily and weekend guests must depart by 6:00 P.M. on specified days.

Safety & rules

  • No weapons or illegal drugs are allowed on the property.
  • Always ask for consent and report harassment to management.
  • Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.
  • Open sexual acts are not allowed in any area of the property.
  • Always carry a towel when nude for hygiene reasons.
  • The pool area is off-limits after dark.
  • Dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers.
  • Littering is prohibited.
  • Keep the gate closed and do not allow outside guests.
  • Use common sense and respect others during your stay.
  • Unmaintained campsites or health hazards will lead to membership termination.
  • Campsites must be kept neat; non-compliance may incur cleaning charges.
  • Only appropriate waste may be disposed of in dumpsters; violations may incur fines.
  • Management will handle any unaddressed incidents as needed.

  • Be courteous to all other visitors.

Amenities

  • Remove all personal items from the pool area daily.
  • No food or glass/clear plastic items are allowed in the pool area.
  • Glass containers are prohibited in the clubhouse.

Fires & fuel

  • Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings and must not be left unattended.

Utilities

  • Spilling wastewater on the ground is prohibited.
  • Permanent sewer connections must use solid piping.
  • Electric cords and hoses must be maintained and not buried.
  • Non-sewer trailers must have a working blue tank to comply with health codes.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after; use designated walking areas.

Site capacity

  • Trailers must be parked with the tongue facing outward for safety.

Local regulations

  • Visitor information is confidential and must not be shared outside the property.
  • Privacy violations can lead to expulsion from the property.
  • Termination for non-payment bans rejoining in the future.
  • Domestic conflicts may lead to membership revocation and future bans.
  • Members can keep their membership after a breakup if both parties pay, else they may be revoked without refund.
  • All construction requires management approval.
  • Rules will be enforced at the discretion of management.

Cancellation policy

  • No refunds will be issued for violations leading to expulsion.

  • Memberships not paid within 10 days will be terminated and belongings stored for a fee.
