We've been coming to this location for 30+ years. Prices have skyrocketed while the service has gone down. I am disappointed in the cleanliness of the "cabins" which are actually lovely park models. We had linens that were folded in the cabinet wet and therefore mildewed. There were 2 dirty socks on the loft that were left from who knows when. I question if the loft was cleaned at all. Office and camp store are only open until 5. God forbid you need firewood. The flower beds used to be well tended and some were filled with herbs and tomato plants in the past. They are now just weeds. We could definitely book an all inclusive for the cost of these cabins.

We loved our stay in a cabin at this park. Although it is not on the water and a smaller park setting. It was perfect for our girls getaway. The staff were so accommodating to my mother's needs. She was on oxygen and there were air quality alerts. The golf cart rental was nice for her since she can't walk far. The air conditioning worked great in the 100 degree weather. The accommodations were nice, but there were a few things missing in the cabin, but we made due. There was no toaster and my Mom loves her toast and coffee in the morning. The kitchen needed pot holders to pull hot pans from the oven and kitchen towels, we ended up using the bathroom towels as both. Quite a few window blinds were broken and needed replacement, but again, we made it work. The outdoor deck, firepit, and table on the patio was nice and used often. There was an odd sawdust-like particles all over the shades in the living room each morning. Termites? The shower is oddly high and difficult to step into, even for a younger person. However, the water was warm and that was nice. I have to say tgat I was disappointed that the dloor of the cabin was so dirty. I don't think that it had been mopped in a very long time. After shpwering, just the walk to the bedroom caused my feet to become black with dirt. The deck furniture was nice, but the cushions really needed a cleaning. I almost took them to the laundry inside to waskmh them as they felt too dirty to sit on. The televisions with cable stations were nice and they all worked. You are not too far from downtown Petoskey. There are a number of things for kids to do, pool, jump pads, tennis, Gaga ball and pickleball courts, a playground, and crafts. There is a cute coffee trailer foid truck on-site. That was nice. We hope to come back again as we can afford it. The units and campsites are priced on the higher end. Pics are of dust that kept showing up on the living room bli is every day.

This park experience was amazing. It had so many wonderful and fun things to do. My boys loved it!
To top it all off, the environment was well-kept, and the customer service was top-tier! We’ll definitely be coming here again.

We traveled to Petoskey Jellystone (formerly KOA) with our 30’ Airstream trailer. We LOVED this place and look forward to next summer when we plan to return. Dave, Cheryl, Kiwanna were all SUPER helpful. Clean & beautiful!!
