Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort

Our family enjoyed our camping stay in one of the Dancing Fire Cottages. The cottages are definitely for those that like the glamping life. The cottage was modern, super clean, spacious and stocked with all of the amenities of home (kitchen utensils, pots/pans, bathroom supplies, etc.) The staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times. We especially enjoyed the Saturday water aerobics class; the instructor was amazing! The location is close to the beach which allowed us a nice day trip on the lake.

Very nice and clean. We used the laundry facility and rented a golf cart. Pool was nice and refreshing, corn hole was fun, and neighbors were quiet. We even walked to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. The highway noise is the only deterrent. We would stay here again. Value/price we thought was on point.

Very nice campground. Nicely renovated and friendly people working there. The pool and hot are great. The kids loved it. So glad we were able to drive our golf cart around. There’s some cool looking Yurts to rent and even a renovated bus! The kids enjoyed the playground also. Hopefully they’ll get the kayak launch set up soon. I would definitely come back for that. It was nice to visit Cracker Barrel right next door for shopping. They have alot of cool things to buy. Also went to the Blue water bridge nearby to watch the freighters.

We had such an amazing stay at Dancing Fire Glamping & Resort! Every single person who worked there was incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The pool was always clean, the main office was spotless, and the staff regularly checked on us to make sure we had enough firewood, ice, and any other essentials. The customer service here is truly exceptional.

We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday while we were there, and the staff was so accommodating. They let us rent the little clubhouse/game room for the kids since it was over 90 degrees outside and we needed some air conditioning. It was the perfect space and helped make his birthday even more special.

When a storm rolled through over the weekend, Katie went out of her way to help us secure our campsite so our belongings wouldn’t blow away. That act of kindness meant so much to us and is a perfect example of the outstanding customer service we experienced throughout our stay.

If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly resort with an incredible staff that genuinely cares about their guests, I can’t recommend Dancing Fire Glamping & Resort enough. Thank you to Katie and the entire team for making our weekend and my son’s 2nd birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Sites have plenty of room for our 36 foot camper. Plenty of car parking for our tow vehicle. Water pressure was great.
Electrical disconnect and breaker working great even under heavy load of high temps. Sewer connection easy to use with standard threads. The fire pit was clean and had a swing out grill topper that we used for cooking up some corn. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and getting firewood and ice dropped off at our site all with a phone call. The pool is new and the pool area was clean. The water was comfortable. Great weekend get away.
