Tranquilo purchased this park as well as Whisper Pines mobile home park in South Haven. Kim Scott and Julie Simon from Chicago IL, manage the parks. They have very poor communication skills, intentionally avoiding returning phone calls and emails. They are all about charging more money with no regards to keeping affordable rates for the Senior's at Singing Sands RV Park. Some resorters have removed their units from the park refusing to pay the increased pricing.

Finally got our slice of heaven here. Beautiful private beach for those of us lucky to live here 6 months of the year. The owners of Singing Sands care deeply about this property and who lives in it. It's well worth keeping your name on the list for park models or RVs to come available. We live across the street where dogs are allowed and we love it. A very short walk to a stunning beach where only your neighbors will be. So safe so clean and I'm so grateful to be here.

Lovely, well maintained grounds sitting on Lake Michigan. A quiet, relaxing community of well taken care of homes. Steps lead down to private, although small beach area.

If your looking for a get away place on the lake Michigan shore line this is a great place to be. Only problem Isee is that it is a basic pay a lot rent that will only accommodate a 30 foot trailer at most and it is an only for those 55yrs old and older (maybe dropping to 50yrs of age) just ask if you call). The places are rented on a year to year basis that includes water, sewer and electric hook ups or you can try and get one of the park model trailers. Be aware some of the trailers and park models are across the street. But every resident has access to 900 feet of Lake Michigan Beach front that is private for your use and your guests. The place is only open for 5 or 6 months per year and then management closes the entire place down for the winter and no one comes in or out. If you are planning on returning the year after then your place will be kept and your trailer may stay and will be looked after by the grounds keeper/ owner. Just ask for details they are very good people!!! Now the part of how much??? I was told by a resident that has been going there now for the past 10 yrs that the cost is approx.. $3100.00. Again ask if you are interested, things tend to flip flop on a slight breeze these days for whatever reason. There are always plenty of things going on and if you want South Haven and Saugatuck are nearby with plenty of activities happening all during the summer. Good Luck and Happy summer!!!!
