I arrived at spot 35 which helena booked online and while i was about to take the car inside, Avery came running to me in his bike stating we emailed instructions. You cannot take car inside it is a 35 feet tank. You would have died and gone under the ground 35 feet. Trouble is my left hand and Gods care is my right hand. In this case avery saved my life as an angel. I have to leave back to Toronto for some urgent matter, a small favor Avery try arranging something for Helene and mr bean and mr ryder at checkout to pursue. In case if she wants to stay here let them stay I will bear the cost. 35 usd worth a swimming pool and games area it is what Customer Experience means a fair play ground for both the business and customer. Sorry cannot write more sir thanks to Avery and natalie. May god bless the humanity we all live in peace. For now good bye and see you soon if and went God permit. While I was in Heaven before coming to earth, god took away seeds of grains and threw them on sky. Where those grains fell In am going to collect those, I will go back once I have my seeds of grains. “Until then Long Live Almighty Lord and his will”

The new owners of this property are so kind and have worked so hard to transform this local historical property back to a beautiful, safe, peaceful place to enjoy your summer vacations, or just to come swim which is only $5 for all day! I can't say enough about how amazing these people are. I wish I could stay here all summer!

A young couple are trying to bring this old campground back to life and after two years, their efforts are starting to show. The pool and the updated bathrooms were good. The accessible showers could use bars. We came to visit the Dinosaur Gardens with our small grandsons and this is really close. A Thunder Bay beach is also close. If we were back in the area, we would go again.

New owners are investing a lot of their time and money to improve the facilities and it is noticeable... The new bathrooms are awesome... They have the pool repaired and functional.. New dog park... Support this young couple by booking this campground.. Only fifteen minutes from Alpena and activities.

Great location and beautiful property. The highlight is the forward progress and improvements the new owners continue make. We camped early May 2026 and witnessed the hard work and dedication Natalie and Avery displayed. The bathroom renovations are incredible. The hospitality we were provided, along with helping us to solve a water problem we had, are what will bring in and keep clientele. The property itself has been cleared out and cleaned up, to create a more inviting and functional campground.
