Very mom and pop operation. Everything is basic, plentiful, and nice. There is not a lot of people. The campground had a nice beach. They have many large oak trees. Paddle boats, kayaks, docks, tree swings free for use. Very nice and pleasant people. Many wild birds being fed for sight seeing.

Stopped by to check this place out. Absolutely lovely pop up farm store with fresh eggs and produce as well as some wonderful gift items. The chickens out and about were fun to see! It seemed like a well groomed nice quiet RV park that would be perfect! The beach looked beautiful and we saw a lot of available kayaks. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hosts of the Campground are wonderful to work with when needing any type of assistance to our seasonal site. Very accommodating. The Campground is growing and they are gradually adding more sites and accommodations. The view of the lake, beach, is gorgeous. We enjoy it here!

Shirley's is one of the prettiest campgrounds you will find. This campground sits along the shores of Clear Lake and is nestled under Magestic oak trees. The swimming beach and grounds are kept meticulous and clean. There is a nice lodge with comfortable seating and gaming for your use. The owner, Brian, is very friendly and helpful .

Weekend visit to a good friend’s camper community with all you could want in a park set up…Beautiful well kept lakefront, lawns and landscape. A gracious host Brian sets the tone. Honest, yesteryear friendly people sharing a slice of the good life!

Vehicles & parking
- RVs must be well-maintained and have current liability insurance.
- Access may be denied for vehicles deemed unacceptable.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.
Parking
- RV Condition: RVs or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance and carry current liability insurance.
- Access: We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
- Speed Limit: Drive no faster than 5 MPH within the campground.
General
- Right to Refuse
- Environmental Protection: Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.
- No Littering or Unruly Behavior: Keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.
- Use of Facilities: Adhere to all posted rules for common areas, restrooms, showers, and other facilities.
- Modification of Campsite: Altering the campsite, including digging or installing equipment, is not allowed without management approval.
- Commercial Activity: Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property without written permission is prohibited.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from park staff.
- Right to Evict: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.
- Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as necessary.

- Parents must supervise their children at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Loud music and excessive noise are not allowed.
- Keep the campground clean and behave respectfully.
- Illegal drugs are not allowed; alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
- Firearms, weapons, and explosives are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed.
- Harassment or offensive behavior will lead to eviction without refund.
- Guests are liable for damage or injury caused by themselves or their pets.
- Guests accept all risks related to camping.
- The property is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage.
- Follow posted emergency procedures and staff instructions.
- Management may change rules at any time.
Wildlife & food storage
- It is prohibited to cut, damage, or remove trees and vegetation.
Fires & fuel
- Fires are only allowed in designated areas when there is no fire ban.
Safety
- Fires in Designated Areas: All fires must be in designated fire pits or areas, and only if a fire ban is not in place..
- Supervision of Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
- Alcohol and Drug Policy: Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite.

- Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items: The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause.
Pets
- Guests are required to clean up after their pets and keep them leashed.
- Pet Policy: Guests must clean up after pets; pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
- Guest Responsibility: Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
Noise
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Noise Control: Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.
