Sprawling park, great main office with general store. They seem like they understand campers, didn’t hassle us at all even when I felt we had one too many vehicles.
Checkout is very fair at 2pm.
They seem to be under going updates and buildouts - for large rvs just know that those sites are in the inner circles and least likely to have trees and woods.
Franconia Sculpture is nearby and walkable, bike-able with just a little bit of exposure to the highway.
Their prices for a rv site were a little higher than what I would consider average, but given its location and proximity to Taylor’s falls it seemed fair. On that note, you can walk to Taylor’s falls from the park via the Swedish Immigrant trail. Probably would take you an hour by foot, 20 mins by bike.

We just had our first camping weekend at Wildwood. We live about 15 minutes away and this is the perfect little getaway spot for us! The grounds are amazing and the staff is really friendly! We’re actually hoping to go back before they close for winter. The area is amazing. We did the Taylor’s Falls boat tour last weekend which is beautiful! Again, very friendly staff. Our son uses a wheelchair and everyone is always friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon and a couple times next year.

Large sites, clean facilities and tons of fun activities! They take great care of the campground and really take care of the campers. I appreciate all the extra effort they put in to making the stay there great. Highly recommend. We come a few times a year!

We stayed at Wildwood RV Park and Campground over Labor Day weekend and overall had a great time. The kids loved the mini golf, pool, foam parties, and snacks from the park store. The campground has a fun atmosphere with plenty to keep families entertained.
Our site was extremely large but did not have full hookups. The only downside was our site ended up being used as a walking path and dog area by other campers, and not everyone picked up after their pets. We even had dogs doing their business under the back of our camper, which we did not enjoy. Camp etiquette here felt a bit more relaxed and informal than we are used to, and that part of the experience was disappointing.
Overall we would come back, but next time we will choose a different site.

Great location (with full services including wifi) to launch explorations of Taylor Falls / Interstate Park. We used the pool & mini-golf. Not a “camping in the woods” feel, but everything was well laid out and staff responsive/helpful. Worth the price.
