In The Woods Campground

Great spot close to Walker. Good ATV trails in the area. The park is very clean. 50% seasonal residents. Very nice!!

Not a fancy campground but a Fantastic location (with flat/level, full hookup sites) that we needed IN THE WOODS 🌳 🌲 🌳 🌲in Northern Minnesota. Private Bath/shower rooms are newer and clean and nicely done.

Awesome smaller campground! We love that you're not packed into spaces like sardines. Lots of green space and things for kids to do! Thank you for being family friendly and keeping sites larger! Thank you for putting up the water slide for the kiddos when its hot.

We stayed at In The Woods Campground for 10 nights over Memorial weekend with our 44 foot toy hauler. Our site had full hookups and was flat and level. The sites are large and there is lots of space inbetween sites so you will not be awning to awning. The shower house has 8 individual very clean showers with restrooms and a on demand hot water system. There is a play area for children and a volleyball net. The grounds are kept nicely mowed. There is Firewood to purchase and the owner is super friendly. It's a short drive to Walker Minnesota and Stony Point boat access.

What's not to like? We ended up camping at "In the Woods" for the first time as our other plans fell through. Spacious, level campsites, fabulous bath house, very friendly place but quiet. Owners were very easy going and friendly. Plenty of open sites but enough partially shaded sites as well. Pretty sure we'll become regulars there when camping. (Also very dog friendly)
