What Guests Are Saying

Goshen Springs Campground offers a variety of full hookup sites, including spacious pads, and features a newly remodeled shower house and laundry facilities, making it a favorable choice for campers. The staff is noted for their hospitality, and the grounds are well-maintained. However, some issues have been raised regarding long-term campers, pet control, and enforcement of campground rules, which can impact the overall family-friendly atmosphere.

Streetlights throughout the campground, long-term campers with many cats roaming freely and defecating in any campsite they choose. This is not a campground, it is a Walmart parking lot next to a very busy boat launch.

Don't stay in loop n. There's no covers for the sewers and they are filled with yard waste. Our sewer didn't work, others looked to be the same. They offered to move us.

The laundry room is new but the washers are old and flood the room. Don't expect a hot shower I'm the bathrooms there when people are doing laundry.

This is an amazing campsite! They have full hookups at every site and a huge selection of sites, some pads are giant. Newly remodeled shower house attached to the laundry room in back. With multiple washer and dryers. At $1.50 a wash and $1 a dry! They have monthly sites as well. A small playground and pool. Pets are welcome and must be leashed, be mindful not everyone follows the rules. We paid $33.10 a night with a military discount which they offer. We have been back on and off for a month and have enjoyed it so much we got a monthly site for $567! I would recommend this campsite all around. Thank you Bill and Donna for your hospitality and service.

NOT AS FAMILY FRIENDLY as it should be, and I HOPE ITS NOT an example of the Governor’s campaign on promoting Tourism in Mississippi—- Because It Would Fail in my opinion. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE 6 (Six) PAGES OF RULES and sign their agreement to HOLD THEM HARMLESS should anything happen to you or your children.

Although the police here should be setting great examples of professionalism here — They Don’t. They enforce the rules on some and not on others. One in particular that lives in a camper here, seems to enjoy flexing his authority and scaring children too.

On a positive note— The Grass Is Regularly Cut (but don’t dare put anything on it including your boat trailer tires or you could be Evicted)

Very nice wooded grounds. Well kept. Not just a parking lot with utilities. Clean modern laundry and shower facilities. Cordial and efficient staff. Staying here while working in Jackson. Will return for vacation sometime.
