This campground is clean and well cared for. We love the fact that it is off the beaten path. This was our second stay…and we will most certainly return!

Nice split campground...east side is wooded and shaded, the west side is open and the sun would bake you in the summer. We noticed a lot assumed drug deals going down near the pavilion by the beach. There isn't a gate/gate house so anybody can come in and do whatever they want. Other than that we like this place, a little bit out there, but close enough for us.

Can't bring firewood in, but nowhere to get any. Other than that a fantastic experience and fantastic place to stay.

Chickasaw Hill is a lovely campground, close to the lake. Unfortunately our site was very unlevel and we were in the sun most of the time. And we could not find dumpsters. We did have a pull through.
