Long Branch Campgroundis located on the south side of Enid Lake. This campground is designed for individuals to camp without utilities. The campground features fourteen campsites with no hook-ups. A comfort station, playground, five picnic sites, a beach and a boat ramp are located in this area. This area is popular among individuals that enjoy a quite camping experience. It is a quiet, family oriented campground situated along the banks of Enid Lake in forests of northern Mississippi.

The place was awesome but there are two problems we ran into while we were out there one was the racoons tearing in to our tent an stealing our food even though we don't feed them an two is that there are no trash can at spot 5

Needs a little end of summer maintenance but nothing major. There’s six dead trees in spot 6 that need taking down but they’ll get to it I’m sure. There isn’t running water other than the bathrooms. Everything else was great as always. Clean and quiet, almost no thru traffic. Lovely view, camping spots, playground, boat ramp and a bathroom with flush toilets all within 500 ft of one another.

Take Exit 227 off of U.S. Interstate 55 Highway toward Water Valley, MS. Go east on Mississippi Highway 32 for 3.5 mi. Turn left onto County Road 26 in Long Branch Recreation Area.

Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information. Must have reservation before camping. America Beautiful Senior and Access card holder has to be present when card is used. No Pets in buildings  No ATV's/ORV's allowed No Pets on beaches No livestock permitted
