What Guests Are Saying

The Persimmon Hill Day Use Area offers a great experience, especially for group activities like church gatherings by the lake. Reviewers highlighted the wonderful views and overall positive atmosphere. However, there was a concern about the insufficient number of garbage cans.

Our space we rented was ready when we arrived. The rest rooms were clean and warm. the grounds around the pavilion were clean and the kids loved the play ground/merry go round! Thanks for allowing our family to gather at your pavilion and camp grounds!

This is one of my favorite campgrounds. The campground is surrounded by tall pine trees which I love the smell. There is a lighted walking trail, a playground for children, and a basketball court. The concrete pads are level and have full hookups. I do not think there is a bad site in the whole campground. Enid Lake is beautiful. We saw plenty of deer. The bathrooms are clean and have showers with hot water. While we were there, I noticed that the bathrooms floors were mopped everyday.

Pavilion 585 was clean and I left it clean it is close to the bathroom and has a game spot. The playground is across the road which is a little dangers but our parents have a watchful eye. It is close to the campgrounds (within walking distance from some camping sites.
