The area was very clean. Restrooms and showers were kept clean. The trailer pads were level and wide. We had a great time

We were here during spring break in March 2024. Kids were out of control. They were banging on campers and waking people up every night. One night they threw a paving stone at our camper and put a big dent in it. They were pulling windshield wipers out on vehicles and RVs. They vandalized the bathrooms. We stay here every spring and fall. We went home 3 days early because this was not a peaceful trip and frankly we were tired of it. We did let the camp hosts know, filled out a report with the sheriffs office and corp but without them being caught their hands were tied. We were disappointed that we did not see the corp doing drive throughs at the campground. In the past we would see them 3-4 times a day. We only saw one drive through our entire 11 day stay. This was the worse trip we've ever had here.

We have stayed in this park many times before however, this was the first time it was a negative experience. We had booked a particular site months prior to our arrival, however upon arriving just ahead of a severe storm another camper was on our reserved site but were out of the park in their vehicle over an hour past the checkout time. We waited on the park ranger to arrive and she was unable to locate the owner. We then had to find another site after probably another hour after our arrival and quickly set up in a downpour, only to discover the site did no have sewer hookups as our reserved site did. Obviously the squatters on our site had not paid for the site because all campers arriving have to book through the website and our site would have shown it being reserved by us. They finally showed up as I finished the last step of my setup. Needless to say we were not “happy campers”.

Just what I expected from a corp Park. Good pads, well kept.

We camp here every year. It’s always a pleasure other than the random rowdy kids or adults listening to music too loud.
