What Guests Are Saying
Persimmon Hill offers a lovely camping experience with clean, spacious, and mostly level campsites, many with beautiful lake views and abundant wildlife, including deer. Facilities are well-maintained, and the campground provides excellent value, especially for seniors with the America the Beautiful Pass. While some sites have minor issues, such as grass height and traffic concerns, most visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and friendly camp hosts, making it a favorite destination for many.

We love this for park and camp here often. Level pad and plenty of room for the largest coach. Most sites offer views of the lake.

This is a beautiful campground on Endid Lake. I love all of the trees and the beautiful scenery walking on the walking trails.

Annual Thanksgiving weekend at Persimmon Hill was another success! The Mississippi burn ban was a little dampening but the atmosphere was still wonderful. Persimmon Hill is the place to relax, chill out and leave your worries behind you. Clean, quiet and friendly.

We've visited twice now and the grounds have always been well maintained and clean. The campsites are level, making setup even easier. We will certainly be back time and time again.
