Unbelievable campground. Huge, huge, huge sites. Mostly level with little adjusting of jacks. Lake is low, but camping is still awesome. Showers/restrooms were clean and more than adequate. We’ve already made a reservation to come back.

Very nice campground with wonderful camp hosts. They stopped by several times to check on us and were very active in checking the grounds and keeping everything looking great. It was also a treat to get to know them as the stay went on.
The view of the lake from many of the sites was very nice. Weekends were busier with most sites full but still pretty quiet.

For a campground that doesn't have a gate/gate attendant, this place is better organized and safe than a lot of places that do. The lake is super low (COE drains 1/2 foot per day from 1 August to 1 December), but quiet and nice.
