My family loves Wallace Creek. We have small children and prefer to stay in the loop near the playground. The restrooms are always clean and the whole park is well maintained.

Such a beautiful campground with large spacious sites. So enjoyed our 14 nights there , riding our bikes , long walks and the breaks sitting on the swings at waters edge to take in the views. The Camp host were amazing and kind , always out checking on the grounds to keep it clear of debris, will be our go back to campground . Thanks Wallace Creek , The Baxley’s

I’m giving this a fair bc of the LIGHT POLLUTION! After setting up at a nice site, with a water view…the sun started to go down and it became lighter than DAYLIGHT! LED lights are surrounding you. Who wants to camp in nature with BLINDING LIGHT coming from every single angle?!
The only thing nice about to over abundance of light was that the bathrooms near the waterfront sites were locked…so you had to walk to the main facility. Which I will say was VERY NICE. Great Shower Head. Very Clean. Super Nice Groundskeeper. We voiced our frustrations to him and he said we were not the first to complain over the lights.

We stayed at site #5 this trip. There was a lot more activity of traffic and kids playing than some of our more remote sites we’ve stayed at in Wallace Creek. Somewhat of a challenge finding a clear view of the sky for our Starlink because of tree cover. But all in all you can never go wrong with a trip to Wallace Creek.

This is a great place! However a few small things such as out of control grass and ants on site 17. Other than that it was great!
