A lovely campground for a simple camping experience. Nothing really for kids to do besides ride their bikes.. But it’s fairly close to boat ramps for lake access..

Camp host got us w/ in minutes of unloading our golf cart - stated we can NOT have a golf cart on premises without it being tagged. Nowhere on the website does it say we couldn't bring a golf cart, maybe put that on the sites where people book them so they can tell. He was not very pleasant when telling us we had to park it for the whole stay. Disappointed

Nice little campground and very clean. The host Mike is nice and friendly, and does an awesome job cleaning the campground/sites and bathrooms. What I didn't care for was that dogs weren't kept on a leash. I giess the dog on a leash rule is not enforced.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but our experience at this campground house was extremely disappointing. The staff/owners were rude, unwelcoming, and very distasteful in the way they spoke to guests. Instead of making people feel comfortable and appreciated, the atmosphere felt hostile and disrespectful.
Customer service goes a long way, especially in hospitality, and unfortunately this place completely missed the mark. The lack of professionalism and basic kindness overshadowed the entire stay. We expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable.
I would strongly encourage management to work on how they communicate with guests because no one should feel disrespected while paying to stay somewhere.
