Ranger Gretchen was very informative about the area and is very pleasant to talk to. Volunteers are hard working group cleaning sites and keeping things clean and organized. Great job everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The ranger on site durning our stay was Gretchen. She was so helpful. Not only did she give us a map, she explained it to where we totally understood directions to places we wanted to visit . We ate at 2 places she recommend (they were great) and shopped several places she recommendedas well.

The camp sites have single vehicle width parking pads. If you have multiple vehicles it can turn into musical vehicles most of the visit, as it was for us with a truck camper and boat that all had to fit on the pad and not intrude on any grass.
The bathroom showers have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No shower room vents, which turns it into a steam/high humidity room. It is is impossible to dress in after a summer shower.
Everything was very clean and staff and campers were all very friendly.

We love it here! Watch for the raccoons because they are not scared of people. Park is small but nice and quiet. Clean showers and bathrooms.

Nice, clean campground. Our complaint was the bathhouse and no sewage at sites. Bath house was not adequate. Extremely hot and steamy. No ventilation! Not large enough for size of campground.

The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting. We felt welcome but unfortunately had to leave because we didn’t have the right tent for the rain.
