Policies & Rules

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit is 10 mph throughout the park.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; loud music and noise are not allowed during this time.
  • Please dispose of garbage in the dumpster; do not litter or leave garbage on the ground.
  • Guests must maintain a clean and safe campsite and are welcome to use camping-related items.
  • Guests must accompany their visitors at all times on the property.
  • Firing firearms is prohibited on the property.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and accompanied by a responsible guest at all times; they cannot roam free or be left unattended outside.
  • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per lot, and pet owners must clean up after their pets.

Utilities

  • Only RV/septic safe tissue may be flushed down toilets; no wipes allowed.
  • Do not overload the laundromat washers and dryers.

Site types & loops

  • Outside refrigerators, freezers, and household appliances are not permitted.
  • Tarps are not permitted on the property.
  • Electric vehicle charging is not allowed on the property.

Cancellation policy

  • There are no refunds or credits for early departures from the park.

Vehicles & parking

  • Driving or parking on the grass is not allowed.
  • Washing vehicles or campers at the campsite is prohibited.

Site capacity

  • Only registered guests listed on the paperwork can stay without extra charges.

Fees & deposits

  • Rates include 2 adults, 2 minor children, and 2 parking spaces; additional charges apply for extra guests and parking.
  • Pool access for guests not listed on the paperwork incurs a fee of $10 per person per day.

  • WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
  • 5. ENTRIE AGREEMENT: There are no oral agreements, and this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and shall be binding on their heirs, executors, administrators, and their legal representatives successor and assigns.
  • 6. MINORS: Each Camper executing this Agreement intends to be legally bound by this Agreement as well as to bind each and every minor attending with such Camper.
  • I have also read, fully understand and voluntarily agree to the Park Rules/Policies on the reverse side, including the Self-Help or Lock-Out eviction clause.

Safety

  • liability for accidents, injuries or any loss due to fire, flood, theft, accidents, or any other acts of nature or any other cause.
  • 4. NOTIFICATION: Camper shall promptly notify White’s Bayou RV Park LLC of any and all accidents. Camper shall provide full details in writing concerning the damage or accident.

Deposit

  • Violators of these policies/rules will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
  • 1. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Camper RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE White’s Bayou RV Park LLC or their directors, officers, managers, agents, employees and/or insurance carrier from any loss, damage, claim or demand whatsoever, including any such claims relating to injury, death or loss/damage to the person or property of Camper and/or others for which the Camper is responsible, whether caused by the negligence of any Released Party or otherwise while the Camper is on White’s Bayou RV Park LLC property and/or participating in any campground activity.

Parking

  • The undersigned “Camper” recognizes that there are inherent risks involved in camping and camping activities. Camper understands that he/she/they have a duty to exercise reasonable care for Camper’s own safety and the safety of those for whom Camper is responsible, including but not limited to minor children, other campers listed below, visitors, etc. In consideration for being permitted to utilize White’s Bayou RV Park LLC property, facilities, services, etc. of the campground at which the RV is located, the undersigned voluntarily agrees as follows:
  • 2. INDEMNIFICATION: Camper agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS White’s Bayou RV Park LLC or their directors, officers, managers, agents, employees and/or insurance carrier from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur due to the presence of Camper while on White’s Bayou RV Park LLC property or in/around the RV, including but not limited to, any and all damages, loss, theft or destruction of any personal property or vehicle or any damages attributable in any way to any defect in design or manufacturer of the RV.
  • 3. DAMAGES OR LOSSES: Neither White’s Bayou RV Park LLC nor their directors, officers, managers, agents, employees and/or insurance carrier, shall be responsible to Camper for any loss, damage, or claim related to any actual or alleged defect in the RV. Camper assumes full liability and responsibility for any acts of any third person, included other Campers or guest of the campground. Camper ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BADILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Guests

  • I have read, fully understand and voluntarily agree to the above Waiver of Liability. I understand that I am responsible for myself, my children and all visitors while on White’s Bayou RV Park property.
