Very quite, mostly seasonal or long term stays . It doesn't really have much to do in the campground but it's very close to MSU and Starkville. The owner is very personable and maintains the grounds very well. There is a small laundromat with commercial sized machines that work wonderfully. The grounds have a small fishing pond and large campsites. Some sites back up to the forest and others to the pond. The campground also offers propane refills. There is no bath house if that's your jam. There is a portapottie but that's it. It's definitely more geared towards the lengthy stays and they encourage 91 day stays or longer. It's very nice, quiet, and convenient.

Belaire RV park is a quiet spot in the back of a nice neighborhood. It can be a little tight driving through the twisty neighborhood in a big RV or while towing a camper, but it's not difficult to get to. It's about 5 minutes from campus, and 10 minutes from the middle of Starkville, so despite it's seclusion it isn't far from town. It does have onsite mail and laundry, and even wifi, but the facilities and lots aren't as nice as other places nearby. It is quiet and surrounded by green, but many of the lots aren't shaded and there is no landscaping, making it feel a little less inviting than you might want. Overall, not perfect, but a decent little spot.

Stayed here for 3 years while I attended University. Very affordable and it is a well kept park. The park itself is small and most people stay to themselves. Never had to worry about noise, it is pretty much dead silent at night outside of the animal noises. It is a great place to stay for long term or short term the only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that the internet infrastructure needs some work to compete with other parks.
