There are a couple of cabins to rent but it is mostly for campers. We live here full time. The owners are friendly & helpful. It is a quiet, peaceful lot without any drama. My only complaint is the laundry room. They need new machines. Hopefully, the new owners will be taking care of that soon. We love it here.

Great little camp ground not a lot of sites but super quite and super clean. Its more of a adult campground, not a lot for kids to do. There is a fishing pond. With smart fish I didn't catch any got a few bites
If your looking for peace and quite time this is the place.
We will be going back soon

Amazing little place tucked away! Many regulars that return year of year. The camp has lovely short trail for morning and evening walks. Camp sites were nice and decent sizes. We will definitely be coming back!

A lovely little rv spot snugged right up to the DeSoto National Forest. They are very strict about maintaining a quiet, peaceful setting. A pretty little pond offers opportunity to fish. We spotted 3 bald eagles and someone else had seen an otter. The park is clean and well maintained. There's a decent bathhouse, laundry room, and community room. The owners are very nice.

While driving to Florida, we got to Magnolia Sands RV Park in Wiggins, MS.
We booked for 1 month and ended up staying for 2 months, only because we had a beautiful site with "a big back yard" which was due to the fact that our site backed up onto a good size pond. Sitting in that "backyard" while having a fire and looking out over the pond was very enjoyable. We loved our stay and the park was nice and quiet.
The park owners were great hosts as they were very friendly and most helpful, Yes, we felt right at home.
From Wiggins we took trips to Mobile, Hattiesburg, New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain. All trips were very nice and Mississippi is definitely a nice place to visit.
We are Snowbirds from Canada, that winter in Florida but we will definitely come back to Magnolia Sands.
