Cedar Ridge has always been my goto at Stockton Lake. I have stayed over the years at a few sites at Table Rock fav there is Mill Creek. These 2 trips to Cedar Ridge were great, very clean sites, very personable staff at gate house. Reserving is a bit complicated but that's probably tech passing me by as I age lol. I plan on going again this weekend in shoulder season was kind of hoping at least showers would have water but understand winter can sneak up quick. I plan on camping more now that I have the access card but will try some other Core lakes in the area. Having a bit of a hard time understanding the other providers ie national parks, forestry as I generally go to SW Michigan for the 4th of July but don't seem to find much in that state as DNR controls a lot of the places I go up in northern Mi. All said card has more than paid for itself and do enjoy the Nature of our country.

A17 did not have sufficient room to park my boat along with my truck and took a lot to get the camper level. There is some view of the lake, electric only hookup, and a restroom (not shower) within walking distance.

I have visited this Campground for over 20 years now. By far it's my favorite due to the simplicity of everything. Very quiet and relaxed

Restrooms were filthy. Bugs, dirt, mud, toilet paper, razor covers, trash overflowing. Just plain awful. This was the first time I have visited Cedar Ridge and the bathrooms were nasty. They just basically hadn’t been taken care of properly like the prior campground’s hosts did.
Probably shouldn’t bring that guy back next year.
