We had such a great stay, nice level sites site 9 and 10 is where we stayed. We especially enjoyed the access to the river. Being able to take the truck to the rock bar was super cool.

Too much traffic noise at this site from the nearby road, including people obviously hot dogging.
The showers were pretty grungy -- bring your flip flops.
Kids riding bikes and scootwrs absolutely everywhere -- be careful!

Great campground next to the Black river.

Very nice campground, close to the black river and the eclipse was incredible.

From Annapolis, MO, follow MO Highway K west for 5 miles. The park will be on the left, and is on both sides of the bridge.

- Campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis outside of peak season.
Site capacity
- Each site can accommodate two camping units: either one wheeled unit and one tent, or two tents, with a maximum of 10 people.
Fires & fuel
- Restrictions on firewood are in place to prevent invasive pests and diseases.
- To protect forests, buy firewood locally and burn it on-site; do not move firewood from other locations.
Safety & rules
- Generators are not allowed to be used.
Vehicles & parking
- ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts cannot be operated in developed recreation areas.
