As always we enjoyed our stay ! The grounds and showers were clean and tidy.
However many of the railroad ties are rotten and the rebar is sticking up posing a dangerous tripping and puncture hazard

This is a great Park to camp at and enjoy a river Riverside visit. Would have been given a super rating. Had the shower house water been hot and not very cool. There wasn't a problem with hot water because the bathroom basin had very hot water. But the shower would not have hot water sprayed out of it. This needs to be addressed management.

K Bridge never lets us down. Nice clean area Beautiful Black River. Always a good time.

From Annapolis, MO, follow MO Highway K west for 5 miles. The park will be on the left, and is on both sides of the bridge.

- Campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis outside of peak season.
Site capacity
- Each site can accommodate two camping units: either one wheeled unit and one tent, or two tents, with a maximum of 10 people.
Fires & fuel
- Restrictions on firewood are in place to prevent invasive pests and diseases.
- To protect forests, buy firewood locally and burn it on-site; do not move firewood from other locations.
Safety & rules
- Generators are not allowed to be used.
Vehicles & parking
- ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts cannot be operated in developed recreation areas.
